Do I need a bank card for the trial?
Yes, to prevent abuse we may use a card hold. The trial period can be set in the Stripe Payment Link, and we don't charge you during the trial.
How fast is the setup?
QuickStart within 14 days: FAQ + saving leads to HubSpot + Make notification + GA4 events. This requires the necessary access details and content inputs to be in place.
Can I read back the full conversation?
Yes. Every message and its metadata is available and exportable in the Supabase event log (retention: Lite 30 days, Standard 90 days, Pro 180 days).
Which channels can it work on?
By default, a web widget. From Standard, 1 Meta channel (e.g. Messenger), in Pro 2 Meta channels (Messenger + IG DM).
Which integrations are included?
Lite: HubSpot or GA4; Standard: HubSpot + GA4 + Make; Pro: + Stripe Payment Link + extended Supabase log.
How do we measure performance?
GTM/GA4 events (chat_open, chat_message, lead_submitted, trial_start, etc.). Monthly audit report and recommendations.
What happens if the bot can't answer?
Handoff: a ticket/email notification (Make) and a HubSpot task is opened, so a human colleague can take over.
Is multilingual support available?
Yes, but the quality depends on the sources. Recommended in the Pro package.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, a monthly subscription can be cancelled any time, effective at the end of the current cycle. For yearly subscriptions, Stripe's terms apply.
